With Geocati, a quick, reliable and adaptable software application, BVA has developed unique expertise in gathering mobility data.
The interviewer situates the information provided by respondents and can very easily prompt them if they are hesitant or vague.
The trip and modes of transportation used are ultimately described very specifically.
The techniques traditionally used during telephone interviews are too approximate and do not allow for precise assessments of the trips made.
Thanks to GEOCATI, the interviewer sees the individual's itinerary on a map and can thus optimize data collection.
Our tool can be further leveraged with a GPS information gathering function. In this case, BVA outfits panelists with a small box that automatically records the trips made throughout the day.
