Quality commitment


 


In addition to complying with international and French standards on professional ethics, BVA implements strict controls at every stage of its research to ensure the reliability of results.



BVA is certified by OPQCM ("Professional Office of Management Consulting Qualification"). It is also a member of SYNTEC ("Association of Research and Consulting Companies"), ADETEM ("National Marketing Association") and ESOMAR.

To this end, BVA applies the ICCE/ESOMAR code of conduct for market and opinion research.

A quality process at every step of research.


Telephone interviewing:
  • Our field managers listen to 8% of calls.
  • Follow-up calls are made to 5% of respondents.
  • We offer our customers listening stations at off-site locations or in interview rooms.


Face-to-face interviewing:
  • 10% of interviews are checked by telephone for ALL surveys.
  • Based on random selection.
  • Other specific checks are also used, including verifications of panel integrity, do-not-call lists and refusals to respond.


Recruiting for qualitative studies:
  • Recruiting managed and controlled internally.
  • Systematic feedback from moderators enables hindsight review of the quality of our consumer base.
  • The database maintained by Syntec allows us to identify consumers who regularly participate in testing.
