Telephone interviews



Thanks to a network of 400 experienced, available and qualified interviewers, BVA can deliver quality studies on all kinds of targets with interviews conducted day or night.
The use of CATI methods and modern technical equipment, as well as the systematic, programmed generation and dialing of all types of numbers (unbundled, cellular phones, etc.) ensure the optimum effectiveness of telephone interviews.

Face-to-face interviews



Quality face-to-face interviews are guaranteed with 800 qualified, specialized and, most importantly, mobile interviewers: in-home surveys, B2B, mystery shoppers, etc.
The use of high-tech tools allows for automatic data transmission and management.
BVA can quickly mobilize more than 1000 interviewers for your large-scale counting campaigns.

Online interviews



With its power and speed, the Internet makes it possible to gather information and distribute multimedia documents instantly and conveniently. Online modes open up a wide range of research options that can be traditional (product testing, employee surveys, etc.) or specific, such as web site evaluations.
The CAWI system allows BVA to poll any target, from the general public to professionals or even international audiences, and provides constant monitoring and management of online surveys.
